I was looking for Adidas shoes, especially the Adidas Sprint
collection. I checked almost all the
Adidas stores near my home or even online stores, but I haven’t found that
black running shoe anywhere, unluckily.
That day while browsing, I got the ‘Sprint Speed Black Running Shoes’
online at jabong.com. Before making a purchase, I thought of checking Jabong Customer Reviews online. Actually, I haven’t purchased anything from them till
then. So, to be on safer side, I searched
for customers’ reviews on the web. The moment I typed ‘Jabong Customer Reviews’
on the search window, there werean N number of results showed on the first page
only.
I opened all the links on different tabs and scanned all of
them. But after reading customer reviews, I got confused, some of them said
they have good service and some of them were really pissed off with their
service. I was so damn confused, but really wanted that shoe. The moment I was
about to switch off my laptop, I got a call from one of my friends. He was very
excited about his purchase from online store. He was telling me to buy the same
t-shirt and casual shoe from that store, and the store name was ‘Jabong’. Well,
then without any second thought, I placed an order for ‘Sprint Speed Black Running Shoes’ and opted for cash on delivery option.
I booked the shoe in the evening and I got my parcel next day only, luckily.
Sometimes, customer reviews posted online create confusion.
